Chokchai Farm

It's an Agro tour place just 159 kilometers from Bangkok, where you can get a feel of farm
life in the largest standard dairy cattle farm through seeing the real farm life and having
hands on experience with the help of tour guides. Get the real feel of the farm life by
seeing and learning through experiences such milking cow, making fresh milk ice cream,
seeing cowboy live shows, dogs rounding up sheep, dogs showing their skills, feeding
animals and many other things. All theses are not just for show but a part of the real life of
Farm Chokchai.

In the Ice cream workshop you have the opportunity to make your own ice cream
according to the flavor you choose. In this workshop you have fun, knowledge and the
experience of making ice cream. One of the workers will give you guidelines about the
procedure and will be around along with others to help you when you make the ice cream.

Wine tasting and gourment tour
There is more than just good food and wine. PB Valley has introduced a wine tasting and
Gourmet Tour with the following program;
- Vineyard tour and explain about the various grape varieties for wine making, as well as
table grapes, which are grown in the valley.
- Harvest demonstration- Wine tasting
- Set lunch or dinner at The Great Hornbill Grill - your choice of Thai or Western Dishes
- A complimentary glass of wine or grape juice during lunch or dinner

GranMonte Family Vineyard is uniquely located in Asoke Valley, Khao Yai and conveniently
lies adjacent to Khao Yai National Park. Asoke Valley is known in Thailand for the beautiful
yellow blossom flower that is special to the region of Khao Yai. The serene atmosphere and
truly beautiful surroundings of Asoke Valley, Khao Yai provides a perfect environmental
setting for the GranMonte Vineyard. Blending with its natural environment, the beautiful
surroundings of Khao Yai has inspired the brand name "GranMonte", which also translates
as "big mountain"
The Guided Tours of GranMonte Vineyard offer complementary guided tours of the
vineyard and shop. The specially organized tours can be arranged by prior appointment
for the weekend only. The shop is opened weekdays and weekend.
Montino , A visit here at GranMonte vineyard would not be complete without a visit to our
cellar door shop 'Montino'. Here you can purchase the many products we have to offer
such as our premium wines, grape juice, jams, cookies and various other products. We also
provide free sampling of our wines, grape juice and even our salad dressings.

Morning Market
Some of folk's best-kept secrets are found in local markets. They offer an array of items at
very low prices, and quite often contain the friendliest variety of Thai people. The
Pakchong 's morning market is sit in a heart of the town which 30 minutes driving from
resort, although this is where the friendliest deals on a large variety of items are usually
made. Pakchong Market is a very 'fresh' market, offering low prices on raw meat, seafood,
farm produce, and a few other items (clothing, kitchenware, etc). Some sections can get
a bit bloody, and if you are squeamish, no worries, as not all sections are strictly filled
with raw meat. If you still have an appetite, a few food stalls serve Thai curries and other
local staples.

Night Market
Every night the street will be crowded with vendors in their carts while the food stalls are
standing shoulder to shoulder. You many find a simply traditional Thai desserts, such as
Sweet Jackfruit seeds, Coconut jelly or even the exotic menu that you cannot be missed
"deep-fired grasshopper, bamboo worm & more bugs." At the night market, it does not
matter where you sit: if the chairs where you order are full, sit across the way. The vendors
seem to know it will all work out. The vendors do not appear to be in competition with one
another,they prefer the spirit of cooperation.

Fruit Market
open daily. Only about 30 minutes driving from the resort, you will be amazed with the
largest fruit market in Northeastern Thailand. "Klang Dong Fruit Market", whereas the
center point of local farmers in Nakhon Ratchasima farmers and abbreviations i.e. Saraburi,
Nakorn Nayok are catered their farm products and line-Up and colorful display on both
sides of Mitraphap Highway. The most famous fruit at the market is the custard apple,
dragon fruit, mango, pomelo which are available almost all year round but specially
plentiful during July-August and generously offer at good price. |
